Earlier this week, Harlequin Australia
launched its digital-first arm, Escape Publishing. With an aim of bringing
Australian and New Zealand voices and stories to the world, Escape is taking
submissions in all genres of romance, as long as the story has a romantic arc
and an emotionally fulfilling ending.
The imprint launched with five titles
across the spectrum of romance, and will publish six more titles in December.
The launch titles are:
Chains of Revenge by Keziah Hill, a dark erotic fantasy novella.
Chaos Born
by Rebekah Turner, a complex, darkly humoured urban fantasy debut.
Christmas Kisses by Rhian Cahill, a sweet, sexy, sensual holiday romance novella.
Grease Monkey Jive by Ainslie Paton, a groovy, meaty, modern contemporary romance.
In Safe Hands by Lee Christine, a sophisticated, polished, suspenseful romantic
suspense.
All the titles are available without DRM or
geographic restrictions, from major and local e-booksellers. They are specially
priced for the launch at $0.99 each, and Chains of Revenge is available
for free for a very limited time.
