The Lost Prince by Julie Kagawa
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
wow julie kagawa is a master author. i may not have been in the fey world for about a year but its as if i have never left the nevernever. the characters that we all remember are still there, may be a few years since the iron knight but it hasnt changed one bit except now its about ethan, and boy is he a wicked main character. i thought julies voice as meghan was good, but she certainly knows how to write as a male lead :)
i hate to say to much about books that are in a series, expecially if people havent read the previous books, and even tho this is a new series it does have elements and characters from the iron fey series. all i will say is, i devoured this book in one sitting and now im patiently waiting for the next one. the secret that kenzie was hiding just blew my mind, never thought that would be what she was hiding from ethan. if you want to know what it is, then i suggest you pick up this masterpiece of a series :) julie is the best in the world of fey, for me no one comes close.
im now going to be anxiously awaiting the next book in this series to see what happens next for ethan and the rest of the characters.

i loved watching savannah grow up in this book, and become who she is meant to be.
watching tristan was just heartbreaking with him trying to cope with what savannah promised she would do in order to protect him.
loved the first book in this series but loved this one even more, the writing style and world the author has created is something ive never read before and its amazing. definitly cannot wait to see what happens next, expecially after reading the excerpt at the back of the book WOW!!!

A Novel Approach with a Digital Audience
As experts in the digital space, does instant gratification appease your online nature? Do you or your followers have a burning idea that keeps you up at night? A story that must be told? Now there’s a new home for great stories!
At Harlequin Australia, the leading publisher of romance, we live for reading — for that sigh-worthy first kiss, for that pulse-raising chase scene, for that sob-swallowing goodbye. And we’d love to hear your stories!
Today we are officially launching our digital-first imprint, Escape Publishing — escapepublishing.com.au — which is open to receiving manuscript submissions!
Escape Publishing was created thanks to the ever growing appetite for romance and we were reading thousands of brilliant manuscripts. Yet despite our passion for these works, due to the limitations of the print book business many were not being published.
Escape Publishing takes a novel approach. Firstly, we are dedicated to our authors. If you’re an author with us... it’s all about you! Our promise to you is a personalised service with a fast turn-around of 3 months, supported by an integrated marketing campaign.
“We’re nimble – we are big enough to take the time to help you craft your manuscript and provide the marketing support to help create a bestseller, but small enough to adapt to, and move with, the market. We have built an unparalleled connection to the reader and with over 78% market share, we know romance!” Managing Director of Harlequin Enterprises Asia-Pacific, Michelle Laforest, explains.
Everyone has a story to tell, and Escape Publishing wants to make sure the very best of these stories are shared with the world.
Now is the time to submit! Join us at Escape Publishing as we jump head first into the liberating world of digital publishing!

Meant to Be by Lauren Morrill
Meant to be or not meant to be . . . that is the question.
It's one thing to fall head over heels into a puddle of hazelnut coffee, and quite another to fall for the—gasp—wrong guy. Straight-A junior Julia may be accident prone, but she's queen of following rules and being prepared. That's why she keeps a pencil sharpener in her purse and a pocket Shakespeare in her, well, pocket. And that's also why she's chosen Mark Bixford, her childhood crush, as her MTB ("meant to be").
But this spring break, Julia's rules are about to get defenestrated (SAT word: to be thrown from a window) when she's partnered with her personal nemesis, class-clown Jason, on a school trip to London. After one wild party, Julia starts receiving romantic texts . . . from an unknown number! Jason promises to help discover the identity of her mysterious new suitor if she agrees to break a few rules along the way. And thus begins a wild goose chase through London, leading Julia closer and closer to the biggest surprise of all: true love.
Because sometimes the things you least expect are the most meant to be.

Flash Point by Nancy Kress
Reality TV meets a chillingly realistic version of America—and the fame game is on!
Amy had dreams of going to college, until the Collapse destroyed the economy and her future. When she finds herself in the running for a slot on a new reality TV show, she signs on the dotted line, despite her misgivings. And she’s right to have them. TLN’s Who Knows People, Baby—You? has an irresistible premise: correctly predict what the teenage cast will do in a crisis and win millions. But the network has pulled strings to make it work, using everything from 24/7 hidden cameras to life-threatening technology to flat-out rigging. Worse, every time the ratings slip, TLN ups the ante. Soon Amy is fighting for her life—on and off camera.

Sweet Venom (Medusa Girls #1) by Tera Lynn Childs review -annmarie-
Sweet Venom (Medusa Girls #1) by Tera Lynn Childs
Grace just moved to San Francisco and is excited to start over at a new school. The change is full of fresh possibilities, but it’s also a tiny bit scary. It gets scarier when a minotaur walks in the door. And even more shocking when a girl who looks just like her shows up to fight the monster.
Gretchen is tired of monsters pulling her out into the wee hours, especially on a school night, but what can she do? Sending the minotaur back to his bleak home is just another notch on her combat belt. She never expected to run into this girl who could be her double, though.
Greer has her life pretty well put together, thank you very much. But that all tilts sideways when two girls who look eerily like her appear on her doorstep and claim they're triplets, supernatural descendants of some hideous creature from Greek myth, destined to spend their lives hunting monsters.
These three teenage descendants of Medusa, the once-beautiful gorgon maligned by myth, must reunite and embrace their fates in this unique paranormal world where monsters lurk in plain sight.
Review
What can i say about this book to help you understand how flipping wicked it was, let's start from the beginning I have had this book setting on my self for so long but never got around to reading it, I have no idea why though. I was going though are really bad patch where i could not read any books that i picked up so on the point of giving up i find this book calling to me and once i started i just could not stop.
For the start of the book you are given a great grasp of all the characters and what makes them tick and i felt like i really knew the characters as the book went along. There are three very different sisters that are brought up three different ways with no idea that they are triplets and what there future holds for them. It was a book about family, lives and secrets i loved following and uncovering the truth and how it must feel to have zero control over you live when its predestined by the gods. i was gripped to the point that it pained me to put the book down and have to sleep but i zoomed through and hated the book to end and me to feel like i needed more.
The book was over flowing with action all the way though with drama of all kids and a simply one of a kind storyline that left you wanting more.
Also include lots of well detailed smelly monsters that want to kill you just brilliant.
