Man oh man this book was AMAZING!!!
Ive only ever read Old magic by this author and while I absolutely loved that book, this one definitely takes top spot.
Read it in one sitting, couldn’t put it down at all.
This story follows ebony on her journey to find out who she is. Along the way there is heartbreak and joy.
I love the way the author writes, makes you feel as tho you are there living ebony’s journey with her.
Ebony really is a kick ass character, she is selfless, putting others before herself to save them.
Nathaneal is a hottie, he was really intriguing to read about. He has spent his life searching for ebony, even tho I figured out who she was to him near the beginning, it was amazing to watch everything grow between the two of them.
Jordan, poor poor Jordan, he has really had a crap life. When he meets ebony, he hits a brick wall, literally lol. Hes a total swoonworthy character, love what he feels for ebony even if it isn’t what she feels for him, he puts her first, well I thought he did until that ending, man now I need the 2nd one to see what he does. I really hope he doesn’t do what he promised the bad dude.

If you love this authors work or if you love books about angels then I definitely recommend getting this book.

Thank you the reading room for sending me this book in exchange for an honest review
